For Potential Egg Donors
Egg donors are women who donate eggs from their ovaries for other women to use in trying to conceive a child. The process involves physical and mental/emotional exams, injections of medications, pelvic ultrasounds, the egg retrieval, etc. If you qualify you will be compensated with $4000 on the day that your eggs are removed.
The following is a prequalification screening for potential egg donors.
| Age: | Between 21-32 |
| Body Composition: | BMI of 30 or less, ideally 26 or below BMI Calculator |
| Non-smoker: | Required |
| Fertility: | Prefer at least one child |
| Flexibility: | For evaluations, consultations, monitoring, retrieval of eggs, etc. |
| Baby Photo: | Age two or younger |
| Support Person: | Will need to accompany donor to egg retrieval |
