Please call the main appointment number when making and appointment with any physician at University OB/GYN Associates Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility:

If your insurance requires a referral from your primary care physician, you must obtain that before your visit. If a referral is required and you are unable to obtain this before your appointment, you will be asked to reschedule or pay for your visit in full.

Appointments missed or cancelled:

If you are unable to keep your appointment, please call us as soon as possible to cancel. If you are calling after hours, please leave a message with our answering service.

Appointments that are missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a missed appointment fee.
