Payment and insurance

University GYN/OB Foundation accepts most major insurance plans, Medicaid, and Medicare. Selected medical services are available to uninsured patients at reduced rates.

Eligibility

Basic and high-risk prenatal services are provided to Medicaid-eligible women through the Passport Health Plan, a Medicaid-managed care plan that serves women eligible for Medicaid or Kentucky Children's Health Insurance Program (KCHIP) benefits and who live in one of the following 16 Kentucky counties:
